BarX Research builds general purpose foundation models for CAD. We focus on turning clear language into structured, editable design output, including geometry and data you can work with in real engineering workflows, not renders that only look good on screen.

Our direction is procedural and parametric at heart: models should stay controllable and revisable, and eventually align with what manufacturing and tooling actually need.

Our vision is simple: CAD for everyone. We want more people and teams to go from intent to structured design with less friction, while keeping the rigor that serious product work demands.

We intend to become the world leader in foundation models for CAD: the team others measure themselves against when language meets manufacturable design.
